Relish Brothers ™ is a teen-owned business based in St. Paul, Minnesota. We are dedicated to serving delicious, locally sourced hot dogs with a purpose.

With every hot dog purchased, we donate 5% of the profits to The Sanneh Foundation to help provide free youth sports camps in our communities.

Who we are

Relish Brothers began with a simple yet creative spark—two teenage brothers, Sev and Viggo, and their passion for food and entrepreneurship. It all started in the winter of 2024 when Sev, nearing 14, was searching for a summer job. Meanwhile, with a love for cooking, Viggo experimented with making homemade relish. That small moment led to a big idea: Why not serve hot dogs topped with their unique relishes? Recognizing an opportunity, their family invested in a hot dog cart, navigated licensing and business logistics and worked together to launch the venture.

From their first neighborhood soft opening to building a strong brand and sourcing high-quality ingredients, the Relish Brothers quickly proved their concept. They discovered the value of event catering, allowing them to bring their fun, creative food experience to more people. Beyond serving great hot dogs, the experience has given Sev and Viggo valuable lessons in entrepreneurship, marketing, and teamwork. Their journey proves that young entrepreneurs can turn an idea into something extraordinary with determination, creativity, and family support.

You two are such kind, hardworking businessmen, and we are so grateful for your kindness in setting up and still serving those amazing hot dogs, as well as the perfect soda and chips, even though it was a sweltering 96 degrees!  We Finns applaud your Sisu!  And we're incredibly grateful that you provided the makkara in amazing forms, such as the St. Paul Hot Dog and the New Yorker, among others.  They were delicious!!!  And Hot Dogs are a necessary ingredient for celebrating Juhannus!”
